All you need to do is encourage your friends and family to clean out their closets, basements, or garages to help you raise funds and meet your goal!

Here’s how to raise those pounds:

  1. Declutter your closets, garages, cabinets, basements, and storage units to donate items!

2. Host a donation drive at your home, in your neighborhood, at your church or business!

3. Promote on social media that you’re collecting items and stop by your friends’ homes to take those items off their hands.

4. Ask your business, church, gym, etc. to let you put a donation box in the lobby for people to donate.

Due to the number of participating volunteers, please only schedule one drop-off or pick-up per volunteer.

Alzheimer's Association

  • We are only able to pick up items if you have scheduled a large donation drive or have collected enough items that will not if in your car for drop off
  • Please schedule a donation pick up time to weigh and drop items off at least 7 days in advance. Please keep in mind, Sundays are off days for donations team members. Please list multiple dates/times of availability and we will reach out to you to schedule.
